Please tell us about your overall purchase experience and finance experience with Ferguson Superstore

I purchased a telluride in December 2020 from Keegan and unfortunately we had an accident and was totaled 9 months after purchased. I reached out to him for a recommendation for repair and he helped me with that. He asked what happened and asked if everyone was ok which they were and after determining it was totaled I reached out to him again. Without a car I was really needing a replacement and I told him what I was up against I told him I want to order one the lead time was 10 months a couple of days later he called to say he had two that were available and one of them fit our needs so I put a deposit on it and he kept me informed weekly on the ETA and he was very accurate and I trusted him I had heard other people dealing with other dealers promised on thing and still waiting passed the ETA. I was never worried he told me what it was and I was confident with him he is a great person and that’s what you get with him very respectful and aware of your time and value.
