We purchased our Telluride from Kia Ferguson and had to order it as our preferences were not available initially. Keegan helped through this process he periodically updated us on his own where our order stood. He was prompt to answer our queries. Prior to the arrival of the car he collected all paper work needed, so on the day of the sale we were able to breeze in and out quickly. He did an awesome job in going over the vehicle features and on this cold wintery day he explained in great detail how how to use each function.we certainly felt comfortable with the vehicle as we drove off the lot.He was a delight to work with.
