He had the process started when we arrived at the dealership. We were able to submit all of our paperwork in a short period of time and he took the car and had it detailed for us as well as putting some gas in. We never felt like we were pressured or looked down upon as we have felt from other places in the past. By the time we finished signing everything, the car was ready to go.
